Ashley Lance was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida, and has always had a heart for caring for others. She originally planned a career in veterinary medicine, completing all of her prerequisites for medical school, but life had a different path in store. Ashley discovered her passion for bodywork early on and went on to study under a respected structural integrator and Rolfing mentor—training that shaped her deeply intuitive approach to wellness.
She spent 16 meaningful years as a structural massage therapist before retiring from massage in 2022 to focus fully on her growing love for advanced skincare. Today, Ashley is an Award-Winning Master Esthetician and Certified Dermaplaning, HydraFacial, and Microneedling (C.I.T.) Specialist with over 18 years of experience. From Chemical Peels to Facial Cupping to LED Light Therapy, she is known for her thoughtful, results-driven treatments and her warm, calming presence.
Now working out of her newly expanded spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Ashley pours her heart into creating a peaceful, uplifting environment for every client. Outside the treatment room, she is a proud mother of two beautiful children—a daughter and a son—and has been happily married for 15 years. Her family and her lifelong roots in the Jupiter community remain at the heart of everything she builds at Tranquil Radiance Spa.

Lauren “LuLu” Frazer brings a rare blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to Tranquil Radiance Spa. After moving to Palm Beach Gardens at the age of five, she began her spa career in 2009 as a receptionist, quickly advancing to assistant manager. Her passion for digital innovation led her to complete a diploma at Palm Beach Code School in 2015, launching a successful freelance career—including work with the School District of Palm Beach County, where she helped migrate their full digital platform to WordPress.
In 2019, Lauren returned to her spa roots, taking on the role of Manager at Tranquil Radiance Spa. Today, she is the driving force behind TRS’s growth and brand identity—overseeing operations, marketing, social media, digital strategy, print advertising, and the design and maintenance of the entire TRS website.
Known for her eye for detail, innovative ideas, and warm leadership style, Lauren ensures every guest experience feels seamless, elevated, and authentically TRS.
