Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by a PHONE CALL (561)-758-9635 no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or FULL PAYMENT is expected for the missed service(s). We require a credit card on file and a deposit of $50 for any services totaling $50 or more for all new clients. Please note that this deposit will go to the final cost of the service. This Credit Card deposit is refundable if the client cancels appointment(s) with a full 24-hour notice by phone, if 24 hours' notice isn't given, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
